Access to Michigan vital records follows MCL 333.2882, and the Address Confidentiality Program is governed by 2020 PA 301, MCL 780.851 et seq. These statutes do not make this private reference a public custodian.

If a court finds one provision of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent allowed by law.
